Vaginal discharge is normal and varies during your
menstrual cycle. Before ovulation there is A LOT of
mucous produced, up to 30X more than after ovulation.
It is also more watery and elastic during that phase
of your
cycle. You may want to wear panty liners during that
time.
Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and

Sea
Sponge Tampons (Sea Pearl)
Natural sponge tampons are a wonderful alternative to
cotton or rayon tampons. Sea Pearls gently absorb without
dryness typically experienced with cotton and rayon tampons.
Even organic cotton tampons can cause painful dryness.
When sized and inserted properly, you won't even know
you are wearing them!... |

Menstrual
Cup & Cleaner
The cup can be a helpful alternative to tampons or pads
for use during menstruation. Instead is shaped similar

Organically
Grown Cotton Tampons
Organic all cotton tampons are made without the use of
harsh chemicals. No chlorine bleach is used to whiten

TIP:
IS DOUCHING HELPFUL |
|
|
|
Refrain
from normal douching. Repetitive douching disrupts
the normal organisms that live in the vagina and
can actually increase your risk of vaginal infection.
Instead, douche with infusions made from antiseptic
herbs such as calendula, garlic, goldenseal, fresh
plantain, St. John's wort, or tea tree oil, along
with herbs such as comfrey leaves to soothe irritation. |
