If you are a new customer and haven't placed an order with us yet,
you will be creating an account at the time that you place your
Setting up a new account
On your first visit to herballoveshop.com, you can window-shop
all you want. Cruise the aisles and load up your Shopping Cart,
or start building a personal shopping list with Your List. Before
you can place an order, though, you'll need to make it official
and set up an account.
You'll be asked to create an account when you try to enter certain
places in our store, such as Checkout. Or you can get started on
an account at any time by looking for the word Your Account in the
upper right-hand corner of your screen.
When you reach the "create a new account" page, fill
in the text boxes and click the "continue" button. You'll
get an error message if your e-mail address doesn't look right,
or if you didn't enter your password the same way twice. Your password
must be at least six characters long. The password is case-sensitive;
if you enter the password "callisto," the system will
not accept "Callisto" as a match.
Once you've submitted your name, e-mail address, and password,
you can correspond with a customer care specialist. We use the 128-bit
highly secure software and server, so our communication will be
private; no one else can read the information you send.
Changing Your Name, E-mail Address, or Password
To change the name, e-mail address, or password associated with
your account, sign in to Your Account using the e-mail address and
password currently associated with your account, and click the EDIT
your name, e-mail address, or password link under the Account Settings
heading. If you change your e-mail address, all subscriptions and
communications preferences will automatically be associated with
your new e-mail address.
