Been on it for a month now. I have personally discovered that in addition to adding 5-HTP, Fish & Borage oil is to also add Alpha-GPC. It very rapidly restores the brain's acetylcholine levels & helps to more rapidly restore parasympathetic nervous function which will restore all sex related organ function. (testicles, prostate, liver , erectile function) I have found that this works ver quickly & gave me the most rapid improvement thus far. Although I was improving already, in only 5 days I went from still having to manually stimulate an erection to having them spontaniously at will just from thoughts...at any time! All these things together will work miracles in a very short time.

alpha gpc is an acetylcholine precurser that is normally used to treat alzhiemers. Originally I took LastLonger III. When my erections started returning I was getting all horny but then I made the fatal mistake of having too many orgasms and I had a major set back. Here is my regimen: Fish and borage oil three times a day with each meal, a calcium magnesium supplement twice a day with each meal and Vitamin D in my multivitamin with breakfast.
