- After 12 weeks, up to 70% reduction of symptoms (Kupperman Index < 15)
- No effect on gynecologically relevant hormone levels, including estradiol, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, prolactin, or sex hormone-binding globulin

Take one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening, with water.
