This product works out great, especially if you only want to lose just a few pounds. In days, they'll be gone.

This product did not work for me. However, keep in mind that prior to using this product, I used weight loss products that contained the ingredient, Ephedra that would reduce my weight and keep it off (along with regular exercise and good eating habits). These ephedra-free products are just not getting the job done for me. I've only tried two types so far including this one, and I don't have the same success I had with the ephedra products. But that does not mean it wouldn't work for some else.

Haven't noticed anything yet. The pills do make me feel very alert, and like others, I am not able to take them before I go to sleep. I have a lot more energy, which makes it easier for me to do my daily workout. And I have lost snack cravings pretty much altogether. I still get hungry and eat my regular meals, but I no longer feel the need to snack on junk in between like I used to. As far as losing weight, it's only been a couple of days.
