needs. herballoveshop.com automatically suggests a default shipping
method for your order. However, if you need the order faster than
the default method will provide, you may choose a faster delivery
method (depending on the size and destination of the item). Availability
of delivery methods may vary. Faster shipping will often cost more
than default shipping options.

of our products. Heavier item prices may very, the exact shipping
charge will be calculated on check out page before you atcually
place your order. Note that the shipping time listed is the time
the shipper takes to deliver the product to you. It does not include
the time we take to process your order.

Discreet Packaging
For your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of
its contents. We ship using either a plain white box, a standard
issue AirBorne Express box or a USPS Priority Mail box with a return
address of "Fullfilment Center."
Undeliverable Orders
Undeliverable orders -- including 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders
that are sent to PO boxes -- will be returned back to our distribution
center. We will contact you if this situation occurred. Please Note:
Shipment time guarantees do not apply in the case of undeliverable
packages.
Backordered Items
Herballoveshop does not accept orders for items that are not currently
in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we
will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered
item via express service as soon as it is available.
In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still
out of stock after twenty days, we will notify you and give you
the option of continuing to wait for your order or canceling your
order. If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we
will refund your credit card for the amount of the product, plus
any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Definition of a Business Day
All shipping times are based on business days. Business days include
all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not weekends. For example,
Next Day Air orders placed on a Friday before 5:00 p.m. Pacific
Standard Time (PST) should arrive on the next business day, Monday.
Next Day Air orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time
on Fridays will be processed the next business day, Monday, and
arrive the business day after that, Tuesday. If you have any questions
