DOesn't work. I'm 27, exercise twice a day and this supplement has done nothing for me. Not worth the price and no way of telling that quality ingredients are used or even if they are used in the amounts stated on the bottle. Bottom line: STAY AWAY and DON't waste your money!!!

I completed a bottle, using it over the course of two years 2005-2007. I took it as needed. I'd sometimes just take 1-3 per week. Sometimes if that, as a pill or two was enough for the time being.
