How Do I Use an Ovulation Prediction Kit?

Ovulation prediction kits test a woman's
urine to predict when she'll ovulate, or
release an egg from her ovaries. Couples
trying to become pregnant use these kits
so they can have intercourse on the most
fertile days of the woman's menstrual cycle.
Women usually ovulate between days 12

and 14 of the menstrual cycle, with day one
being the first day of the period. You should start testing two to three days before you expect to ovulate, based on your last three menstrual cycles.

If you're using this kit, begin testing somewhat earlier in your cycle. Continue testing your urine daily until the test is positive. Most disposable one-step tests, such as the Answer Quick & Simple One Step Test and the First Response Kit, require you to hold a test stick in your urine stream.

After waiting the proper time period. If used correctly the test should be able to tell you everything you’d ever need to know about what’s happening with your body in regards to your fertility.
